6. Independent Third-Party Relationships

We are independent of all prop firms we list. Each firm sets their own policies and procedures, and DamnPropFirms is not liable for:

Delays or failures in payouts or funding
Changes in firm terms or pricing
Suspension or banning of user accounts on partner sites

Your relationship with any firm is solely between you and that firm. You agree to conduct your own due diligence.

7. Intellectual Property
