Hypernova is an on-chain prop firm built on Hyperliquid. You pay a one-time fee in USDC, pass a single assessment on a simulated account, then keep 80% of your profits on up to $300,000, paid by smart contract in about five seconds. It trades 140 perps across crypto, stocks, commodities, indices and forex, priced from live Hyperliquid data.
Straight up: I’m running a $50K Tight Risk assessment on Hypernova right now and haven’t been paid by it yet. Every rule and price here comes from Hypernova’s rulebook, docs and app, read on October 25, 2026. When I get funded and paid, the proof goes on this page.
- Plans: Tight, Low and Medium risk, $5K to $200K. Higher risk tiers allow more drawdown and cost more.
- Price: $25 to $2.7K, one time, paid in USDC.
- Rules: 9–10% target, 3–4% daily loss, 3–7% static drawdown, no consistency rule, no minimum days, no time limit.
- Payouts: on demand whenever you’re flat, USDC on Arbitrum in about 5 seconds, no minimum. Capped at $10,000 of profit a day during the alpha.
- Markets: 79 crypto and 61 TradFi perps. You pick Crypto, TradFi or All Markets when you buy.
- Access: invite-only closed beta, and my link is an invite. No discount is running right now; when Hypernova runs one, code DGT gets the maximum.
Hypernova Prop Firm Review: Who It’s For and Who It’s Not
- Best for: crypto-native traders who want a cheap way in (a $5K Tight Risk is $25), a drawdown that never trails, and payouts they can verify on-chain.
- Not for: anyone trading off a Discord’s or influencer’s calls (banned), anyone who wants resets, and anyone who wants a bank transfer instead of USDC.
- The three best things: USDC payouts in about five seconds with no approval queue; a public, on-chain payout reserve; no consistency rule, no news rules and no limits on strategy or bots.
- The three biggest risks: it’s young (closed alpha since May 2026); every breach is permanent; payouts are capped at $10,000 a day while it’s in alpha.
- Bottom line: payouts you can verify on-chain end to end, from a small, young team. Size your first account like it’s an alpha product, because it is.
Is Hypernova Legit? Who’s Behind It
Hypernova is run by Hypernova Systems, a Cayman Islands company; its terms are governed by Cayman law with arbitration in George Town. The Block reported a $3 million pre-seed round led by Lemniscap, with co-founders Anar Bayramov (CEO, previously DeFi investments at RockawayX) and Nijat Bakhshaliyev (CTO, previously Coinbase and Citi). The rulebook’s first version is dated March 31, 2026, and the closed alpha opened May 1, 2026.
The pitch is verifiability. Hypernova publishes its payout reserve and every payout on-chain. On October 25, 2026 its homepage showed a $487.3K payout reserve, $1.92M in lifetime payouts and 2,182 active traders over 30 days, with each payout linked to an Arbiscan transaction on its Stats page. Trustpilot showed 4.3 from 8 reviews.
Know what you’re buying. Accounts are simulated: Hypernova fills your orders on its own engine at Hyperliquid prices, and your trades don’t reach Hyperliquid. It may use traders’ signals to trade its own book, and says it will tell you in-app if yours are used. It isn’t a licensed broker or adviser. The fee is the most you can lose.
Hypernova Pricing: Tight vs Low vs Medium Risk
One-time fees in USDC, no subscription, no activation fee. Tiers trade fee for room: Tight is the cheapest and tightest, Medium costs the most and gives the most room. No discount is running right now, so these are the prices you pay.
| Account | Tight Risk | Low Risk | Medium Risk |
|---|---|---|---|
| $5K | $25 | $60 | $80 |
| $10K | $50 | $110 | $150 |
| $25K | $120 | $275 | $365 |
| $50K | $200 | $500 | $675 |
| $100K | $400 | $1K | $1.35K |
| $200K | $800 | $1.95K | $2.7K |
| Rule | Tight | Low | Medium |
|---|---|---|---|
| App name | Precision | Conservative | Standard |
| Profit target | 9% | 10% | 10% |
| Daily loss limit | 3% | 3% | 4% |
| Max drawdown (static) | 3% | 6% | 7% |
| $50K example | $4,500 target, $1,500 room | $5,000 target, $3,000 room | $5,000 target, $3,500 room |
| Paid pass rate (90 days) | 18.2% | 21.6% | 32.2% |
The pass rates are Hypernova’s own, from its app on October 25, 2026, and they track room, not price: Medium passes almost twice as often as Tight. Tight’s 3% total drawdown is the same size as its 3% daily limit, so one bad day can end it. A fourth tier, High Risk (“Aggressive”, 8% drawdown, 5% daily), is listed but locked.
In late October 2026 a limited-time offer in the app gave newly bought accounts a 90/10 split instead of 80/20. Check the checkout for a live offer before you buy.
Hypernova Rules: Daily Loss, Static Drawdown and Breaches
Daily loss: from the 00:00 UTC balance
At 00:00 UTC Hypernova snapshots your balance, closed P&L only. That day’s floor is the snapshot minus 3% (Tight and Low) or 4% (Medium). The floor is set on balance but enforced on equity, so an open loss that touches it breaches the account. Grow the balance and tomorrow’s floor rises with it.
Max drawdown: static from the starting balance
3% (Tight), 6% (Low) or 7% (Medium) below your starting balance, set once and never moved: a $50K Low Risk floor is $47,000 forever. Profits widen your cushion; they never drag the floor up.
Passing
The target is measured on balance, so you have to close trades. If your equity reaches the target with positions open, Hypernova closes them for you and passes the account. No minimum days, no time limit: one trade can do it.
Breaches are final
Touch either limit, even for a moment, and every position is closed and the account is permanently disabled. No resets, no soft breaches. The terms do let you ask for a review within 7 days, and you never owe more than the fee. An account with no trades for 3 months is frozen.
Account limits
Up to two assessments at a time, and up to $300,000 of combined starting capital across your assessments and funded accounts.
Hypernova Markets, Leverage and Fees: 140 Perps
Hypernova’s Markets docs list 140 perps: 79 crypto, 46 stocks and ETFs (Nvidia, Apple, Tesla, plus SpaceX and other pre-IPO names), 8 commodities (gold, WTI, Brent, silver, natural gas, copper, platinum, palladium), 4 indices (S&P 500, Nikkei 225, KOSPI 200, XYZ100) and 3 forex pairs. Everything trades 24/7. You buy one package per account: Crypto (79), TradFi (61) or All Markets (140).
| Market | Max leverage | Max position |
|---|---|---|
| BTC, ETH | 5x | $1,000,000 |
| SOL, BNB, ZEC | 2x | $200,000 |
| Other crypto | 2x | $25,000–$150,000 |
| Big-tech stocks (NVDA, AAPL, TSLA) | 4x | $1,000,000 |
| S&P 500, Nikkei 225, XYZ100 | 10x | $1,000,000 |
| Gold, WTI, Brent | 10x | $1,000,000 |
| EUR/USD, GBP/USD, USD/JPY | 20x | $1,000,000 |
Fees: crypto 0.01% maker and 0.04% taker; stocks 0% maker and 0.03% taker; forex, commodities and indices 0% maker and 0.005% taker. Funding is charged or paid at Hyperliquid’s published rates. No monthly, data, platform or withdrawal fees.
Hypernova Payouts: USDC on Arbitrum in About 5 Seconds
- Pass and verify. Your funded account activates after a Sumsub ID check (government photo ID and a selfie, 18+). You don’t need to verify to sign up or buy.
- Go flat. Close every position and order; your equity settles on-chain automatically.
- Submit and sign once. Pick an amount (25%, 50%, 75%, Max or custom) and sign. Hypernova pays the gas.
- Get paid. The smart contract sends USDC to your embedded wallet on Arbitrum, about 5 seconds end to end, and you can send it on to any exchange or wallet that supports Arbitrum.
No minimum, no waiting period, no business hours and no manual review; the only exception is a sanctions or restricted-jurisdiction hold. You keep 80% of the profit. Withdraw all of it and the balance goes back to the starting balance; the drawdown floor stays where it was either way. The daily loss limit absorbs a payout taken the same day, so withdrawing never breaches you.
The alpha cap: payouts are limited to $10,000 of profit per day per trader until Hypernova leaves closed alpha. You can split that into several payouts.
What Hypernova Allows and What Gets You Banned
The rulebook’s philosophy: the two equity limits are the only trading guardrails.
- Allowed: news trading, weekend holding, scalping, swing and grid trading, any position size within leverage limits, no mandatory stop-loss, and bots or EAs you build and run on your own account.
Banned, with termination and a permanent ban:
- Copy trading and signals, including trade ideas taken from trading communities, social media or research reports, and strategies sold as “prop passers.”
- Hedging across Hypernova accounts or against another firm.
- Sharing accounts, or trading several accounts from one household, device or IP without approval.
- Passing with one strategy and switching to another once funded.
- Strategies that couldn’t work live: trades that risk auto-deleveraging, huge unrealized P&L swings, or anything that leans on the simulation.
- Exploiting latency or price errors, insider trading and front-running.
If you trade in a Discord, read the signals rule twice: acting on someone else’s call is exactly what it bans.
The Hypernova App, Terminal and Wallet
Everything runs in Hypernova’s own web app: the terminal, a dashboard with equity curve and trade history, a Nova Score that rates your trading, monthly leaderboards and competitions. Sign-up is an email code; Hypernova creates an embedded wallet for you, so there’s no MetaMask to set up. You fund it by sending USDC on Arbitrum from any exchange, and you pay for assessments from that wallet.
On the roadmap, per Hypernova’s own pages: Fast Track (connect your Hyperliquid, Binance or Bybit history to earn a free or discounted assessment) and a public REST and WebSocket API with TypeScript and Python SDKs.
Can US Traders Use Hypernova?
The US isn’t on Hypernova’s restricted list. The terms bar people located in, resident in or nationals of OFAC comprehensively sanctioned jurisdictions, naming Iran, North Korea, Cuba, Syria and Russia, and Hypernova can’t verify ID documents from Cuba, Iran, North Korea or Syria. Using a VPN to get around the restriction ends the account and forfeits payouts. You must be 18+, and ID verification comes before your funded account, not before you buy.
Payment is USDC on Arbitrum only, so plan on an exchange or wallet that can send it.
Hypernova vs My Funded Perps vs Breakout vs Vest
| Feature | Hypernova | My Funded Perps | Breakout | Vest Markets |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Largest account | $200K | $100K | $200K | $50K |
| Drawdown | 3–7% static | 3–6% static | 3–6% static | 6% static |
| Payouts | USDC by smart contract, ~5 seconds | Rise or store credit, reviewed | USDC, 12–24 hours | USDC, on demand |
| Markets | 140 | 122 | 71 | ES, NQ, stocks, crypto, FX |
| Behind it | Hypernova Systems (Cayman) | The My Funded Futures team | Kraken | Vest Exchange |
Short version: Hypernova for the fastest payouts here, verifiable on-chain; My Funded Perps for an established team and Elite’s index leverage; Breakout for Kraken behind the counterparty; Vest for ES and NQ traders.
Where Hypernova’s Own Pages Disagree
- Low Risk prices: the app and homepage charge $110, $275, $500 and $1,000 for $10K–$100K; the rulebook lists $115, $280, $495 and $999. The app’s price is what you pay.
- Medium Risk at $200K: the app sells it ($2,700); the rulebook and docs cap Medium at $100K.
- Market count: 140 in the docs and rulebook, “120+” in the app, 106 on the homepage.
- Leverage: the assessment docs say 5x on every tier; the Markets page lists up to 10x on indices and commodities and 20x on forex. The cap shown in the terminal is what applies.
- Drawdown basis: a homepage note says drawdown is “measured on closed equity, end-of-day”; the rulebook enforces both limits on live equity, where even a momentary touch breaches. Trade to the rulebook.
- Pass rates: the homepage shows 18.2%, 20.1% and 30.5%; the app shows 18.2%, 21.6% and 32.2% (paid, 90 days).
Hypernova Discount Code: None Running Right Now
Hypernova isn’t running a discount right now, so the prices above are what you pay. When it runs one, code DGT gets the maximum discount available, and I’ll update the prices on this page.
You still need an invite: Hypernova is invite-only during its closed beta, and my referral link works as one. The cheapest way in is a $5K Tight Risk at $25.
Final Verdict: Which Hypernova Account Should You Buy?
- Most traders: Medium Risk. 7% of room for a 10% target, and the best pass rate Hypernova reports.
- Testing the platform cheaply: Tight Risk $5K or $10K. $25 or $50 to see a payout land on-chain, but 3% total room is tight.
- Bigger size with a middle fee: Low Risk. 6% of room, up to $200K.
Hypernova’s payouts are the fastest of the perp firms on this site and you can verify every one on-chain, and the rulebook is short. The trade-offs are an alpha-stage product, permanent breaches and a $10,000 daily payout cap for now. I’ll post my own results here once my assessment is done.

Is Hypernova a scam?
There’s no sign of it. Hypernova Systems is a Cayman Islands company that The Block reported raised a $3M pre-seed led by Lemniscap, and it publishes its payout reserve and every payout on-chain. On October 25, 2026 it showed $1.92M in lifetime payouts and Trustpilot showed 4.3 from 8 reviews. Accounts are simulated, and it’s still in closed alpha.

What is the difference between Tight, Low and Medium risk?
Room and target. Tight: 9% target, 3% daily loss, 3% static drawdown. Low: 10%, 3%, 6%. Medium: 10%, 4%, 7%. More room costs more and passes more often.

Does Hypernova have a consistency rule?
No. There’s no consistency rule, no minimum trading days, no time limit, no news restriction and no limit on strategy beyond the two loss limits.
Can I reset a Hypernova account?
No. Any breach permanently closes the account; you buy a new assessment to try again. You never owe more than the fee.
Can I use bots or copy trade on Hypernova?
Bots you build and run on your own account are allowed. Copy trading, signal services, community trade ideas and prop-passing strategies are banned.
Is Hypernova available to US traders?
The US isn’t on its restricted list; the terms bar OFAC comprehensively sanctioned jurisdictions, naming Iran, North Korea, Cuba, Syria and Russia. You must be 18+ and pass an ID check before your funded account.
How do I get a Hypernova invite?
Hypernova is invite-only during its closed beta. Signing up through a referral link, like hn.xyz/r/dgt, gets you in.
Is there a Hypernova discount code?
Not right now: Hypernova isn’t running a discount, so you pay the listed price. When it runs one, code DGT gets the maximum discount available. You still need an invite during the closed beta, and hn.xyz/r/dgt works as one.
