Liked most: Their customer service was great. I had some trouble regarding account they helped me quite quickly.

Liked least: They chrges extra cost for trading Gold and commodities for futures account.

I would definately recommend this firm for newbies since its Reserve account has no time to pass means you can take as much as time you need to pass this Futures account.
